As the COO, Jessie brings over 10 years of experience in operations, financial management and strategic planning to the company. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day-operations of RHTE.
Jessie is results-driven, with a track record of success in driving growth, improving profitability, and streamlining processes, and improving efficiency. She has worked across several different industries; Financial Services, Health, Insurance & Property, but finds herself coming back to the thrill of the Travel industry.
As COO of RHTE, Jessie is committed to driving growth, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the company continues to deliver the best service offering in the marketplace. She is passionate about building a culture of excellence and is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
Outside of work and away from the spreadsheets, she enjoys keep fit and trying new walking tracks in the Wellington region, loves a good chardonnay and checking out the latest on the Wellington hospo’ scene, and playing Aunty!
